At Baywatch Stayzz, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless booking experience and exceptional stays. To ensure fairness and clarity, please note our updated cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:
Bookings & Payments:
Villas are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis upon receipt of 100% advance payment (inclusive of applicable taxes).
We do not block villas against part payments or tentative bookings.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All bookings at Baywatch Stayzz are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once payment is made and your booking is confirmed, no refund will be processed under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) change of plans, travel disruptions, or personal reasons.
Medical or Emergency Situations:
While we understand emergencies may arise, please note that our policy remains strictly no refund. In exceptional medical cases, the management may, at its sole discretion, consider offering a credit note against valid documentation. This is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling of dates is not permitted once a booking is confirmed. Guests are requested to carefully check availability and finalize travel plans before making payment.
Clarifications:
Guests are encouraged to discuss all queries with our team prior to making payment. By proceeding with the booking, guests acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
Thank you for choosing our Baywatch Stayzz for your holiday. We are very sure that you will have a memorable stay in our Holiday homes. Our cancellation and refund policy are mentioned below:
· We usually do not encourage blocking a villa until the payment is made in full (including applicable taxes). We do not accept part payment in any form to block the villa for our customers as we have multiple enquires; hence, we cater on first come first serve basis.
· To book our luxurious villa, you may reach out to our customer care number, check availability, and block your dates as convenient. Payments are collected through various means like Net banking, QR code and/ or UPI.
· Once the Villa is booked and due to unforeseen/ unavoidable circumstances, you wish to cancel the booking, refund is allowed. Refund will be processed on terms as mentioned below:
o 30 days or prior of the booking date – We will offer full refund and will transfer the payment back to the account number provided to us;
o 29 days – 7 days prior to the booking date – We would be charging you for 1 night (plus applicable taxes) and will refund the balance; and
o 6 days prior to the booking date – There would be no refund.
Being said the above, if there should be any medical reason and the person travelling has any medical issue we will consider this on case to case basis and on medical report being submitted.
