Arika Ray is one of our Celebrity  Villa , Owned by a popular celebrity who now would like to offer their beautiful villa to    discerning  travellers would appreciate  and enjoy beautiful moments in their home ,  Just like they did .  Arika ray is a 3 bedroom villa besides the Golf course and approx.  5  - 6 km away from the lake . This is a blessing for golfers and guest who want to be away from the maddening crowd and the hustle and bustle of the lake .  The Villa is in a 2 acre  fenced  wild garden giving you a true feel of the hills .The villa is approx.  4000 sq feet with ensure bathroom .  Our Butler Mary and her family will greet you with their beautiful smile and a warm drink and will lead you to the living room , where youll would complete the registration .  The villa has Wifi , open kitchen , lovely outdoor seating  and heaters .

  Room 3 – 2 queen beds

3 Bedroom and 3 attached bathrooms.

• There is heater in the living room and all rooms have AC for heating system . However we don’t recommend to keep it on online .
• We have a 55 inch TV in the Hall.
• This Villa has a open Kitchen with all Cutlery , Appliances, Hot kettle , Toaster , Oven ,Microwave .
• Wifi is available , however strongest in the Hall, Dinning and the master room .
• No pets allowed .
• We don’t allow more than 6 adults and 2 kids as we want youll to enjoy the space around without bumping in to each other and with 3 bathrooms we feel this is an ideal number
• Mary will prepare basic breakfast with our compliments for you to wake up and soak up the weather , if there is more you would need , pls do call in .
• There are some beautiful artifacts / Furniture / carpets / painting which our celebrity has got from various parts of the world in various corners of the villa .
• It’s a wild garden and has some good seating spots to relax . Look out for some leeches as its common in such a terrain .
• Pls keep you windows closed to avoid mosquito and keep the villa warm inside .
• Linen is provided once during your stay,.
• Swiggy services are available at this place , there are several restaurants and markets in 3 – 5 km radius .We however have tie ups with few restaurant for deliver of food .
• There is a caretaker in the Premises who will assist in cleaning the place .
• We have a Generator in the premises which we will put on during power off , However will not operate during 1000 PM – 0600 AM . But there is invertor which will keep few lights on .
• The golf club is just adjacent .
• There is parking for 3 cars inside the premises and drivers room for only 1 driver , there are places outside where drivers can rest .
• All bathrooms have Heaters
• There is a beautiful glass room which make the villa bright and sunny during the day and bring in the stars at night .
• We have fresh water coming , If you wish to have mineral water , Please do bring your own water bottle. If there is anything  you wish to have during your stay  like personal hygiene , food , chocolate, snacks ,tea coffee etc pls do  bring it along so u enjoy your holiday without missing anything . Being a typical holiday home we don’t stock any eatable ,  Beverages , snacks 
• We offer some slippers inside the villa so u don’t have to use your footwear inside which will help to keep the place tidy
• There is DVD player in the dinning with some classic tune for you to play during your stay .
