House rules and Information for the Guest :
- Standard check in time is 4 PM and check out is 11 AM . Being huge properties our housekeepers would need min 4 hours to tidy ,clean , sanitize and replace all consumables and linen for the next guest .
- Kindly Deposit INR 20,000 with care taker towards deposit , which will be refunded during check out , this is toward any damage and breakage that may happen during the stay .
- To occupy the premises with family and to use it peacefully, in accordance with the House Rules.
- To leave the property in the condition in which it was found at the time of his entry.
- Not to admit any animal / Pet , unless customer care has expressly Authorised it.
- Not to adopt any behaviour likely to be prejudicial to the Asset owner , Service provider , facilitator or to neighbors’.
- Not to pursue any illegal activity in the Property, including the use of the Host’s internet connection to access illegal sites.
- Not to pursue any commercial activity in the Property.
- No smoking inside the property . No Chewing of Tobacco and spitting in and around the Property , Any damage due to the marks will debited to guest account .
- Not to take out anything from the property that belongs to the Owner / service provider , Failing which the Guest gives authority to charge the card to the extent of the value of the goods or take claim thru legal sources .
- Not to attempt to open the areas reserved for the Asset owner and indicated as such at the time of entry into the premises.
- Not to change the layout or the integrity of the furniture;
- To occupy as per the number of people booked initially , extra people / Guest will not be allowed to enter the property . Each property has a maximum limit of guest that can stay or occupy the property and this has to be adhered to failing which the booking will not be honoured . No visitors allowed during your stay .
- To occupy the property by the guest whose KYC was done at the time of booking , if the guest name changes , Pls do call and advice customer care before checking in to amend the KYC and inform the housekeeper
- Guest is obliged to show original PAN / Adhar / Passport/ Driving license at time of checking in towards KYC .
- Guest is obliged to follow SOP upon arrival , to wear masks, Washhands , Sanitise hands and to show physical ID cards to our Care taker .
- If there should be any Breakdown during the stay , Pls call our caretaker , who will do their best to attend to the breakdown in 24 hour , It will be our endeavor to attend at the earliest . We will not be responsible for any mental agony or discomfort that may have happened during the breakdown until our service team arrives .No refund or compensation will be given unless required .
- The guest will keep in safe custody all valuable and money that they have got along with them . The house keeper or the brand will not be responsible for any loss or theft that the guest may claim .
- The guest will need to be careful with artifacts, painting , cutlery , linen , furniture , fittings and decoration placed all around the property , any damage or loss of these items will be charged to your final bill or deducted from your deposit . if n case the Guest causes harm to the Property or the furniture it contains, the Guest will bear the entire costs of the resulting damage, including in particular, the cost of repairs to the Property or the damaged furniture and he resulting loss because of the inability to rent out the Property during the period of repair. All this will be recovered thru the deposit given and if the damage is more and verified , the
- Guest is obliged to pay the balance before check out .
- The date and time of departure are fixed in the booking confirmation at time of booking , all extension will be based on availability .as there could be furthur commitments to other guests or housekeeping / maintaince activities .
- One set of Linen are provided per check in per person if in case more linen is required , it will be at additional cost and subject to availability ..
- The house keeper in the property is soley for keeping the property clean and not for regular errands, cooking , etc , the house keeper is not allowed to leave the premises at any time . The House keeper will retire to bed at 10 PM and will be available at 7 AM again to service the guest again .
- The Service provider / Owner / Care taker will not be responsible of any accident , or self harm that the guest may have had during their stay .
- The guests would have to keep any music or volume and discussion to the lowest post 1000 PM as it would disturb the Neighbors . If there is loud noise the neighbors would lodge a complaint with the local authorities and would be cause a lot of discomfort to all .The guest would have to face the consequences and handle the Authorities and bear any charges If any .
- The guest would need to be alert to turn off gas , stoves , switches, appliances etc if not used to avoid any accident or damage to the property , Any damage due to such negligence will make the guest liable for all losses .
- There is RO water plant in the premises , However Guest to bring their own water .
- There is a Refrigerator , Microwave , Toaster , Oven and a Mixer .
- No Cricket , foot ball or any Ball games allowed to play in our outside the villa as this could break glass panels , lighting , decorative and damage the garden .
Pool rules:
- There is no Life guard .
- No Eatable or Drinks to be consumed inside the pool .Need to get in to the pool with costumes only . Shower before and after swimming is compulsory for hygenie purpose .
- Pls do not enter the House with wet costumes , pls dry yourself outside before entering
- Pls do not allow children to swim alone in the pool as there is no lifeguard , we will not be responsible for any accident or hurt .
- Pls do NOT jump off from anything elevated in to the pool as it could be life threatening and could be fatal , Pls take utmost care of yourself and kids in this aspect . We will not be responsible for any damage or hurt that has caused due to such instances and anything careless .
- Do not enter the pool if you have consumed alcohol as it could be dangerous .
- Pls do not Push and force someone to get in to the pool if they don’t want to .
- Pls do not Jump in to the pool if you are back from the beach. The sand and dirt would damage the system and would need to change the water , which will be charged to the guest for this damage .
- Pls enjoy yourself and treat this like you would treat your own pool at home .
No swimming allowed after 2000 hrs (8 PM )
