Check in timing is at 16:00hrs & check out timing is at 11:00 hrs.
Since our villas are huge we need approximately 4- 5 hours to clean the place before the next guest checks in.
– Yes, we always sell the complete villa ,so u have complete privacy and can occupy as per the number of guests allowed in the villa.
– Yes, we will need the names and Aadhar card of all guest before check-in, Our Customer care would call and take the information.
Once you book, Customer care will send you the Google pin along with the caretaker number for you to call.
Once you reach the caretaker will show you around and explain all the features of the house? It’s up to you if you want him there or he can leave you and give you all the privacy with your family, however his responsibility ends there.
Few villas you could, this needs to be checked as per the villa u are staying in and has to be informed to our customer care before checking in.
The caretaker is not authorized to help , cook , clean , or enter your room or bathrooms during your stay . He would be in his quarters, as the USP of Holiday home is the privacy and feeling of being home.
Please call the number allotted in the voucher, who will attend to your breakdown asap and moreover the Caretaker is usual staying in his quarters in the villa.
Please bring all your favorites snacks, fruits and vegetables of groceries, Sugar, sauces, water, tea and coffee etc. and all the food and ingredients you would need during your stay.
No breakfast is not offered in our villa, however as informed there is full kitchen and you can prepare anything you want as long as you have all your ingredients. Pls do carry your cornflakes, Fruits, bread, pastries, jam so u can have a quick breakfast.
Yes, we provide 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel during your stay, if you should need extra, it would be at extra cost.
We offer bed change once during your stay, however if you should need, you can book daily housekeeping service, which will offer you change of all linen every day.
Our caretaker is not authorized to enter room or bathroom during your stay, as this is the holiday home concept. However, if you should want cleaning service every day, u need to book in advance.
Most villas have a free 14 days cancellation policy.
No guests allowed in our villa, every villa has a maximum number of guests that can be in inside, beyond that its strictly not allowed. There could be issue with the community and the neighbors.
No one below the age of 18 can stay without adult supervision in any of our villa.
Each of our villa has First aid kits and We would have a Doctors number which will be provided to attend to the emergency and the closest hospital address will also be shared .
Yes every villa has approx. place for 2 cars, if there is more it should be parked outside and not block any other gates.
Each guest temperature will be checked upon check in and recorded, each guest has to mention their name and declare if they have any ailments that we should know of. The guest can also take the temperature of the housekeeper and check if it recorded well.
No guest allowed during your stay in the villa, the number of guests will have to be as per mentioned in the voucher.
Yes, we offer hand wash in each bathroom.
Yes there is 1 smart TV in the living room, you will need to use your login and password to enjoy your flix.
Unfortunately the cost of the damage will be borne by the guest as this would need to be replaced before checking out. For this we will collect an 1night deposit which will be returned 5 days after departure, once our audit team confirms that there is no damage.
Smoking is permitted only in open areas and balcony. Inside the villa its strictly not permitted.
if incase you need to have a party, pls contact our team who can avail all necessary permission and there are only few villas that allow parties. The rates for this will be discussed on case to case basis and the daily rate is not applicable.
Some may have, it better to check with your customer care with regard to your specific property.
Some properties allow pets, and some don’t, pls do check with our customer care about this.
Pressure cooker , Chopping board, cooking and serving spoons ,whisker, Vegetable peeler , Grater , Rice strainer , Tongs , Rollin board and pin , can and Bottle opener, Wine opener , tea strainer , Hot water kettle , toaster , Microwave , Dish washer , washing machine , Blender / juicer , sharp knife. 6 small empty containers for tea / sugar etc., serving tray, Ice bucket. For a 4-bedroom villa – 16 Big plates, 16 Small plates, 16 bowls, 16 glasses, 16 coffee mugs, 16 spoons, 16 forks, spoon and fork stand.
