At Baywatch Stayzz we are very choosy about the property we would like to bring on board , as all the properties are vetted and audited by our team before it’s handed over to our Transformation team to give final approval. We would like to make sure we are sync with luxury, Hygiene and safety thru the homes we offer to our guest.

Once signed up, our asset owners have the peace of mind that their asset is being taken care of by professionals and constantly added value. Our Professional Housekeepers keeps it clean at all times, We take care of the AMC and periodical maintenance as per agreement, We offer regular Pest control to keep the asset liveable at all times.

We see that an extraordinary luxury home can depreciate inspite of being an asset if not used and Maintained regularly ,we not only ensure that regular maintenance is being done , we also ensure all appliances are used regularly and most of all Monetise this asset for you , by adding immense value and provide a dream home to suitable guest.

Our Able Chief Experience executive will assist in creating some kind of experience in your villa based on location and architecture , our design team will assist in adding some design value to give it a brag factor and offer a social media moment. Our Photographers would capture every colour and design and picture will be handpicked and used on our site .

How do we add

  • We audit the Home and offer a template that would have all the requirements to make this liveable .
  • Our Managers will frequently visit the homes to check all furniture and fittings, lightings and other appliance . If there is a break down we call for the AMC and handle the break down.
  • If there should be a replacement like Bulbs , batteries , gas , breakages we could assist to replace it at your cost .
  • We will keep an eye on Pest, rodents , bed bugs , Lizards , snakes , termites , ants and other creepy and crawlies and maintain thru our Pest control team .
  • If you should want to use your own person as caretaker , we will offer proper training , provide uniform , and share SOP with him and also assistance during full house and help in housekeeping .
  • We will appoint common vendors to offer standardized products like Cutlery , Linen with our brands and amenities like hand wash etc to add the wow factor in your villa .
  • If there should be a Garden or Pool we can offer maintenance to the pool and gardening at all times through our vendors. 
  • We offer tailor-made insurance to cover all your inclusions and the third-party liability as well.
  • Our caretakers are trained to check all fittings and furniture after each check out to make sure everything is intact and not damaged. if it’s missing or damaged we usually take a deposit from the clients which can be used to compensate the loss and if its more we would coordinate with client as we have their complete details in our log in and will assist with coordination with insurance company to make good the loss .

FAQ's

If you have Min 3500 sq feet villa which u wish to monetize , we can offer a solution . However, the final decision based on location, architecture and amenities will be with BS.

All contract is for minimum 1 year.

No this is an exclusive arrangement with us and will invest a lot of time in training and adopting SOP, other vendors may have diff SOP.

We will have an audit just before guest check out to make sure all are intact , we also hold some deposit from the guest to cover any breakages , if the damage is more than the deposit we coordinate with the guest and recover as much as possible and simultaneously coordinate with Insurance company.

No we don’t offer any min revenue guarantee.

After all approval, we would need 1 month for all training and resources planting, photo and soft decoration to be done, before we go on live.

Yes of course , there are few days allotted in month for u to stay as long as there is no bookings. Each booking is revenue to both of us .

No all bookings are centralised , if you do have a guest or a friend who has called you , you can reach out to our managers and he will do the needful , so we can comply to all formalities offer our signature services to your guest and help you after check out services , audits , Housekeeping , break down etc .

We usually take Aadhar cards of all adults staying there to make sure we know who the guest are and when the book ,when  they book with us we usually check  their social handles and we check their profile. Our care takers are trained to check the docs upon arrival along with Arrival Hygiene procedure.

We would like to use Professional photo of each villa so we can showcase your product well. Our Photographers are proficient with landscape and Indoor photography.

We have very carefully vetted out all issues with an insurance company who has customized a protection policy for Baywatch Stayzz home owners, which will take care of damages , theft , third party liability etc .

Yes this is a insurance for a commercial establishment which will cover damages and other losses and also the third party liability , i.e. it covers the guest and the caretaker if in case there should be any accident .
