This Villa is stylish and has a very lounge feel , hence the name James bond . Its very Modern and Charismatic and will charm you for sure . This villa has private Pool in front of the house with ground floor and 1st Floor . The ground floor has a Huge Bar , living room and Open kitchen , Powder room , Bedroom with bath. The first floor has 2 bedroom with attached Bath . Our Caretaker is Mr Bishnu loves to Pamper his guest . Our High tea is very popular in this villa which you need to book in advance at additional cost. James bond has his own Free wifi and Smart TV . This villa has supermarket and several restaurant in less than 2 KM range .

• 3 Bedroom and 3 Ensuite bathroom which are centrally air conditioned, master has a bath tub and spacious walk in wardrobe with a Smart TV . All 3 rooms have a King size bed with 12 inch mattress .
• This villa is approx 5000 sq feet on 4 grounds of Plot , sharing the wall with another Twin villa .
• There are CC TV camera around the Villa for your safety and a Watchman for the Night.
• Maximum of 6 head will be allowed in this Villa .
• Our Care taker Bishnu would make sure you have a clean and sanitized premises .
• This Place has a Bar which comes to Life every evening .
• The pool is cosy and intimate which u can admire from your living room , Bar and kitchen .
• We would offer Curated James Bond High tea by our Hospitality partner during your stay at additional cost .
• It has an open Kitchen .
• We do not provide extra mattress.
• Its approximately 200 meters away from the beach
• Its Bang opposite Mayajal , there are several shops , restaurants , Super market for your convenience
• The Terrace is not usable and NO entry to the terrace as there are no Walls around it.
• The villa has a RO plant which offers clean drinking water . However pls do bring your Preferred bottles of water ,which u could store in the Fridge .
• There is generator which will take care of Power failure to offer you uninterrupted Fun during your stay
• There is a TV in the Hall and in the Master bedroom with Cable TV connection
