Villa Surtaru is a 5 bedroom villa approx. 6 Km away from Mahaballipuram and the villa is surrounded by Lush green Paddy fields and offers fresh air with sweeping views of the field from the terrace . The villa has 4 rooms in the ground floor and 1 room in the terrace , 4 bedrooms have attached bathrooms and are huge and modern . The villa has a huge sit out deck which overlooks the pool and will be your favourite space during your day . This Villa has 3 caretakers and will be at your service from 0700 – 1900hrs to ensure u have a clean and neat place . The Villa has a huge living room which has a snooker table to try your skills and we separate living room with 55 Inch smart tv to watch your favourite flix . There are 2 Dogs which in the premises in its desginated place will also keep you company at times . We have a kitchen which has all appliances cutlery and glassware . However this Kitchen to be used only by the caretaker who can assist you with some basic cooking if u do have the ingredients if its small group . Most of the food can be got from the F&B outlets close by or visit the lovely shacks in Mahabalipuram .

• We can accommodate max 16 guest in this villa, with 10 guests on the beds and 6 guest on extra mattresses.
• The villa also has a beautiful covered sitting area next to the pool side.
• We have a TV on the ground floor.
• Wifi is available in the villa.
• This Villa has a Huge Pool.
• The villa has a huge lawn area to relax.
• Linen is provided once during your stay; we do not provide any bathroom amenities like soap etc for the time being.
• We have a gas stove and compatible utensils Pan, Milk pot with ladles and serving spoon.
• The villa has one room with attached bathroom for staff next to the kitchen.
• This Villa has a Pool which is 5 ft deep. We do not have a lifeguard on site.
• We have a shower area near the pool and also has cute coffee table to relax.
• There is a beautiful lush green lawn at the entrance of the villa.
• The villa has one or two restaurants nearby and the menu card is placed in the villa. You can place the order with the restaurant and the caretaker will collect it from the restaurant.
• There is a caretaker in the Premises who will assist in cleaning the place.
• We have a Generator that will offer 24 x 7 electricity.
• There is parking for 4 - 5 cars inside the villa.
• All bathrooms have instant Heater.
• We have Wine glasses, Beer mugs, Bottle openers.
• We have a RO plant for water, however suggest to please bring your own preferred Mineral water, it can be stored in the refrigerator.
• We provide handwash in all bathroom.
• We have provided 2 board games, Chess and multi board game.
• The villa is Pet friendly. The Pet rules will be shared in separate attachment.
