Belleza Bay , means Happiness in Italian and that’s what we would like to offer to our guests when they arrive at our Villa. This is a 1500sq feet property containing 2 bedroom on a 4 ground property, providing plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the  lush green gardens. The pool  has a deep and shallow end and nice sit out besides it which can be converted to a cozy romantic dinner/ lunch/breakfast spot. The villa has 2 rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 9 guests, as we offer 2 sofa cum beds as well in the living area. Our Villa comes with all the  Kitchen appliances ,  Induction cooker , crockery ,  Beer mugs , Coffee mugs , Wine glasses , Luxury linen , and provides a very  Heritage experience with a Modern twist . We have a Caretaker staying in the premises who will assist you with basic cleaning during your stay in the villa . The villa has fully airconditioned rooms.

• 2 Bedroom with 2 attached bathrooms and one common bathroom. 
• The villa has a living cum dining room with 1 sofa cum-bed. 
• Both rooms have queen size beds. 
• One room has a corridor with a sofacumbed leading to the second room. 
• One room has a single seater couch with can be converted to a sofacumbed. 
• We can accommodate max 9 guest in this villa, 4 would  share the queen bed , 5 in the sofacumbed. 
• The villa has a beautiful covered sitting area right at the entrance of the house.  
• All Rooms, Living room cum Dinning, corridor leading to the room are Air-conditioned . 
• We have a 40-inch TV in the Hall with TATA sky and Fire tv Stick . 
• This Villa has a Kitchen with all Cutlery, Appliances, Hot-water kettle, Toaster, Microwave and induction to make a Basic meal. We have 6 Plates , 6 bowls , 6 glasses and 2 serving bowls .
• We have a induction compatible utensils Pan, Milk pot with laddles and serving spoon.  
• Wifi is available in the villa.
• This Villa has a Pool, on one side is the shallow side and the other side is deep end which is 4 – 6 ft. We do not have a lifeguard on site .  
• The Lawn has a good seating spots to relax .
• Linen is provided once during your stay, we do not provide any bathroom amenities like soap etc for the time being.
• Shower by the pool is available.
• There is a swing and a slide in the lawn for kids to play. 
• All delivery services are available at this place, there are several restaurants and markets in 2 – 3 km radius. 
• There is a caretaker in the Premises who will assist in cleaning the place.
• We have a Generator that will offer 24 x 7 electricity. 
• There are 6 camera around the villa in the lawn  for the safety and security of the guest . 
• There is parking for 2 cars inside the villa 
• All bathrooms have instant Heater.
• We have Wine glasses, Beer mugs, Bottle openers.
• We  do not  have a RO plant for water , suggest to please bring your own preferred Mineral water, it can be stored in the refrigerator. 
• We provide handwash in all bathroom. 
• We have provided 2 board games, Chess and multi board game
• There is NO access to the Beach from here , Its however a 2 – 3 Minutes drive to the beach which is from the lane before this lane . 
• There is NO access to the terrace and the Villa is one floor . 
• One bathroom has a tub .
