Villa Kalypso is a 4 bedroom property located on shores of Neelankarai beach. The enchanting view from the room of the sea will just elevate your morning bed coffee experience. The balcony overlooks the horizon and has a sit out perfect to hang out with friends/ family. This lavish property is just 45 minutes’ drive from the city and has its own private swimming pool. Each Room has an ensuite bathroom and we provide clean and sanitized towel. All cutlery, linen and cooking appliances are offered in the villa. We have a caretaker who would assist you in turn down service and for regular housekeeping. Special menu for special occasions can be curated by our in-house F&B service provider or can be ordered from food-aggregators apps.

• The villa has 1 floor, Ground floor has living / Dining / Kitchen / 2 Room with ensuite bathroom. The 1st floor has 2 rooms with ensuite bathrooms & a beautiful sea view.
• We can accommodate max 16 guest in this villa, 8 would share the king bed, and 8 extra mattress (2 Extras in each of the rooms).
• Rooms in the 1^st floor has an attached balcony overlooking the beautiful bay of Bengal.
• 1^st floor has a sit out facing the beach.
• All Rooms, Living room and Dinning is Air-conditioned.
• We have a 55 inch TV in the Hall.
• This Villa has a Kitchen with all Cutlery, Appliances, Hot water kettle, Toaster, Microwave, and Blender to make a Basic meal. We have 16 Plates, 16 bowls, 16 glasses, and 6 serving bowls.
• We have a Wok, Pan, pressure cooker, Milk pot with 8 ladles and 8 serving spoon. We have table mats as well.
• Wi-Fi is available, however strongest in the Hall, Dinning and Ground floor & an extender on the 1^st
• This Villa has a Pool, on one side is the shallow side and the other side is deep end which is 5 Ft - 6 feet. We don’t have a lifeguard on site.
• The Swimming pool also has a Jacuzzi & an infant swimming pool.
• The Lawn has some good seating spots to relax.
• Linen is provided once during your stay, we do provide bathroom amenities like soap etc.
• Shower by the pool is available.
• All delivery services are available at this place, there are several restaurants and markets in 2 – 3 km radius.
• There is a caretaker in the Premises who will assist in cleaning the place.
• We have a Generator that will offer 24 x 7 electricity
• The beach is roughly 50 meters from the Villa
• There are 4 camera around the villa in the lawn for the safety and security of the guest.
