Personal Information

• – We collect and store information when you voluntarily email us, register on our site, or fill out a form.
•  Information collected may include your name, email address, or phone number.
• Your information will be used to respond to your inquiries. If you provide contact details, we may also contact you regarding our products and offers.

Booking and Payment

•  100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• Please present your Aadhar card, Driver’s License, or Passport during booking and check-in.
• An indemnity form must be filled out during check-in.

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in: 3 pm / Check-out: 12 pm.
• Extension of checkout time is subject to management approval with a 50% charge on the tariff.
• Kindly allow a 3-hour turnaround time for housekeeping between guests.

Guest Responsibilities

• Adhere to the agreed-upon number of guests without exceeding it.
• Inform us during the reservation if bringing pets to pet-friendly properties.
• Limit liquor to 2.3 liters; additional liquor is not the responsibility of Baywatch Stayzz.
• Maintain low noise levels and the decorum at the villa till 8 PM.
• Music and movies above the legal limit are discouraged post 8 pm.
• This is addressing neighbor complaints or concerns from authorities. (Management is not liable for escalations addressing the local authorities)

Prohibited Items

• Strictly prohibited: Arms, drugs, illicit substances, hookah, vape, bursting crackers.
• Damages will be charged as per management’s valuation.

Pool Policy

• The property does not include a lifeguard. Swim at your own risk.No food and beverage consumption in or around the pool.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
• Charges apply for pool refilling.
• The pool will be shut at 8:00pm.

Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds
  Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Customers are advised to carefully review their booking details before making payment.
  
  
• No Date Changes
  After payment has been made, changes to the booking date or time are not permitted. Please ensure that the selected date and time align with your schedule prior to finalizing the booking.
  
  
• Final and Non-Transferable:
  All bookings are final and cannot be transferred to another person or date

General Guidelines

• Liquor is not allowed within 5 feet of the pool.
• Avoid placing drinks and food near the pool.
• Music and movies above the legal limit are discouraged after 8 pm.
• Treat our property team with kindness and respect for your safety and comfort.
• Housekeeper available from 7 AM to 10 PM for cleaning only.

Refundable Deposit

• A refundable security deposit, starting at ₹15,000 and subject to variation depending on the booking type, will be collected upon check-in.
• The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, based on the condition of the premises and any damages incurred during the stay.
• The deposit will be returned after 4 hours (required duration for inspection)  minus damages
