Booking & Payment
• 100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• All bookings are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No changes to the booking date or guest details are allowed after payment.
• A valid government-issued ID (Aadhar card, Driver’s License, or Passport) must be presented during booking and check-in.
• An indemnity form must be completed at check-in.

2. Security Deposit
• A refundable security deposit starting at ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (subject to variation based on the type of booking) will be collected upon check-in.
• The deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours of check-out, following a property inspection.
• Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged against the deposit as per management’s assessment.

3. Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• A 3-hour turnaround time is required between guest stays for housekeeping.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and management approval, and may incur additional charges.
• Late check-out beyond 12:00 PM will attract a 50% tariff charge.

4. Guest Responsibilities
• Only the number of guests agreed upon at the time of booking will be permitted to stay. No additional guests are allowed.
• If you are bringing pets to a pet-friendly property, please inform us during the reservation process.
• Day visitors are not permitted unless approved by management in advance.
• Guests must maintain decorum and low noise levels on the premises, especially after 9:00 PM.
• Loud music, movies, or activities exceeding legal sound limits post 9:00 PM are not allowed. Violations may result in complaints from neighbors or visits from local authorities.
• Baywatch Stayzz is not liable for any such escalations.
• Events, parties, or gatherings must receive prior written approval from management.
• Treat our staff with kindness and respect. Housekeeping services are available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and are limited to cleaning tasks only.

5. Pool Policy
• No lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.
• No food or beverages are allowed in or around the pool.
• Pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
• Liquor is not permitted within 5 feet of the pool. Avoid placing food or drinks near the poolside.
• The pool will be closed at 9:00 PM.
• Charges will apply for any pool refilling required due to misuse or contamination.

6. Alcohol Policy
• Baywatch Stayzz is not responsible for the procurement, handling, or consequences related to any alcohol brought onto the property.

7. Prohibited Items & Activities
• The following are strictly prohibited at all Baywatch Stayzz properties:
• – Weapons or arms of any kind
• – Drugs or illegal substances
• – Hookah, vapes, or e-cigarettes
• – Fireworks, crackers, or flammable items
• Any violation will result in penalties and eviction. Damages will be charged as per management’s evaluation.

8. Lost & Found Policy
• Baywatch Stayzz is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.
• Items found on the property will be held for up to 7 days. Return logistics must be arranged by the guest.

9. Smoking Policy
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited and may lead to deductions from the security deposit for cleaning or deodorizing.

10. CCTV Surveillance
• For guest safety and property protection, public and outdoor areas may be under CCTV surveillance.

11. Personal Information & Privacy
• We collect personal information only when you voluntarily contact us, register on our site, or fill out a form.
• Information such as your name, email address, and phone number is collected solely to respond to inquiries or share relevant updates and offers.

12. Disclaimer
• Baywatch Stayzz assumes no liability for any personal injury, accidents, loss, or damage to guests or their property during the stay, regardless of the cause.
